Job Introduction:

At Parexel, we are a leading Clinical Research Organization company specializing in delivering life-changing medicines to patients. We are seeking a Product Manager to join our growing AI Labs team. In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, in front of users and customers, to help define new products and solutions, manage the product roadmap, and lead the AI Labs team to execute the plan.

Who we are looking for:

Driven individuals with proven experience as a Product Manager responsible for researching, defining, planning, and working with the software engineering team to build new products, features and solutions. That possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills while demonstrating impeccable communication skills.

What you’ll do:

  • Establish a deep understanding of the industry, customer and user needs, and pain points to develop new products, features, and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Drive new features and product development from start to finish from ideation, requirements gathering, documentation, product development, testing, launch and iteration.
  • Set a vision, excite, and lead cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, quality assurance and others, shaping a clear plan and direction to implement.
  • Own the product management lifecycle, including researching opportunities and pain points, driving the vision and product strategy, defining how the solutions and products work, developing the product implementation plan, leading the cross-functional team to execute that plan, and analyzing data and customer/user feedback to continually iterate and improve.

Additional details:

4+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on healthcare and/or enterprise SaaS along with 2 + years of professional experience spanning the life sciences, technology, enterprise software, clinical research, machine learning, or broader healthcare industries is required. Excellent verbal & written communication skills as well as presentation skills are paramount. Education to degree level in engineering, computer science, or other relevant qualification/experience.
