They excel at balancing product development with broader organizational goals. The ideal candidate is responsible for defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and translating user needs into actionable requirements. They possess a deep understanding of technology, allowing them to collaborate effectively with engineers and designers. This Product Manager should be adept at making data-driven decisions, conducting market research, and identifying opportunities for product growth and improvement.
What you'll be doing:

  • Defining and executing the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals, market demands, and organizational priorities to drive cohesive growth and innovation
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement
  • Creating and maintaining a prioritized product roadmap, balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility
  • Gathering and analyzing user feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product decisions
  • Collaborating with engineering and design teams to develop detailed product requirements and user stories, strategically phasing development to minimize tech debt and ensure long-term feature sustainability for both new and existing products
  • Leading sprint planning sessions and prioritizing backlog items to ensure timely delivery of features
  • Collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful product development and implementation
  • Working with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product messaging
  • Measuring and reporting on key product metrics and KPIs to track success and inform future decisions
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the no-code/low-code space
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Facilitating user testing and beta programs to validate product features before full release
  • Contributing to pricing strategies and packaging decisions to maximize product value and market fit
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve product development processes and team efficiency

  • (PLUS) Basic knowledge of the No-Code industry. We are the leading No-Code Backend platform that connects to a wide variety of No-Code Front-ends. Having a basic understanding of the landscape would be preferred.


We are a BYOD company and this role will require the use of your own laptop/computer.
