Position Summary

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our team to help us deliver experiences that enable us to improve the lives of people living with digestive health issues. Your work will directly contribute to innovative care delivery and scalability of care delivery. In this role, you will have an opportunity to deeply understand our care team, their workflows and help shape how high quality care is delivered. You will partner closely with our Care Team to understand their needs to design and build scalable tools and solutions that will help them view, manage, track progress and documentation for the members they work with. You’ll work closely with other PMs to ensure cohesiveness between the member app experience and the Care Team experience so that the Care Team has the information they need to meaningfully engage with our members. You will also manage our relationship with external EHR and data integrations to support interoperability between health systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the strategy and execution for one of our squads; managing the backlog, keeping the team aligned on priorities, trade-off decisions, and go-forward strategy

• Partner with design to develop a deep understanding of our Care Teams’ needs and desires through user research and quantitative analysis to make data informed decisions on product direction

• Proactively partner with other PMs and stakeholders to deeply understand and define the problems worth solving to reach our KPIs

• Experienced with managing backlogs, roadmaps and stakeholders

• Comfortable with a distributed workforce. We interact with each other via video chat, Slack and email

Desired Qualifications

• 4+ years of product experience working for a product-driven company, preferred: if you’ve worked with provider facing tools such as an EMR or in digital health

• While a formal education in computer science or a related field is a plus, it's not required. We value experience and skills and welcome candidates from diverse educational backgrounds

• Strong analytical skills and data driven, ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; can bring teams along throughout the process and deftly incorporate feedback into product design 

• Highly organized and can work autonomously in an early company environment

• Eager to roll up their sleeves on tactical work while tracking the bigger picture

• Passionate about the company’s mission and eager to learn about digestive health

Compensation Range: $125K - $135K
