Become an Outcoder as a Product Manager
As a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative products that meet the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Your job also includes ensuring the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap.
- Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
- Be an expert concerning the competition.
- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product.
- Perform product demos to customers.
- Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Deliver a monthly revenue forecast.
- Propose an overall budget to ensure success.
- Work with marketing to develop sales tools and collateral.
- Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings.
- Act as a leader within the company.
