Venn is a fast-growing technology, building the intelligent operating layer for modern residential living.
Our platform helps leading U.S. real estate operators connect residents, property teams, payments, services, maintenance, and community into one seamless product experience.
We’re now taking Venn to the next level by turning each partner’s data, knowledge, and way of operating into a Company Brain, and building tailored applications and AI agents on top of it.
We work at the intersection of PropTech, AI, data, and real-world operational systems, with one clear promise- help operators serve millions of residents with the care they would give to a few close friends.
About the role
Venn is building the AI operating layer for real estate and property management: a "company brain" that connects to our customers' existing systems, understands their data in context, and runs AI agents that do real operational work, like renewal tracking, delinquency monitoring and work-order triage.
We're looking for a senior PM who has already shipped AI-native products and wants to define what agentic software looks like in a vertical that's ready for it. You'll own core parts of the product, from the context layer to the agents and applications built on top of it, and you'll have real influence on where the company goes next.
What you'll do
- Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for AI agents and agentic workflows in the product: what agents do, when they act on their own, and when a human stays in the loop.
- Turn messy, real-world operational workflows into agent capabilities that are reliable, measurable and trusted by users.
- Work hands-on with Engineering, Data and AI teams on agent design: tools and actions, context and data requirements, guardrails, failure modes and escalation paths.
- Define how we measure agent quality and success (evals, accuracy, task completion, cost, latency, business impact) and use those measures to drive iteration.
- Spend real time with US-based property management operators to understand their personas, flows and pain points, and turn those insights into product decisions.
- Prioritize ruthlessly across customer needs, platform investments and new opportunities, and bring stakeholders along with a clear narrative.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Operations and Marketing on rollout, adoption and positioning of AI capabilities.
- Bring an AI-first mindset to how the product team itself works: prototyping, research and execution.
What you bring
- 6+ years of product management experience in B2B/B2B2C SaaS.
- Proven, hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features in production, ideally LLM-based agents or agentic workflows that take action, not just generate content.
- A strong working understanding of the modern AI stack: LLM capabilities and limitations, prompt and context engineering, RAG, tool/function calling, evaluation frameworks, and cost/latency tradeoffs.
- Experience designing human-in-the-loop experiences and building user trust in AI-driven decisions.
- A data-driven approach: you define success metrics before you build and you measure outcomes after.
- Experience working with US-based customers and understanding their businesses, workflows and buyers.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive alignment with senior leaders and cross-functional directors.
- A builder's mindset: you're comfortable prototyping on your own (with AI tools, no-code, or code) to test ideas quickly.
Big advantage
- Experience in Proptech, vertical SaaS, HRtech or marketplace products.
- Experience building platform or data-layer products (integrations, data models, APIs).
- Experience leading or mentoring other product managers.
- An early-stage or growth-stage startup background.
Join us in our mission to create a sense of belonging for everyone. If you've already built with AI and want to build what comes next, we'd love to talk.
