We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead product initiatives at Kiwi. You will be responsible for identifying problems and opportunities, setting priorities, and taking initiatives from initial discovery through launch and measurement.
You will work on products and processes where customer experience, business goals, risk, compliance, and day-to-day operations intersect. We need someone who can connect these perspectives, make informed decisions, and explain why an initiative should be prioritized.
You will work closely with Design and Engineering to build solutions, and with other teams to make sure they work in practice. We are looking for someone with sound product judgment who can challenge a request when the underlying problem is unclear and take ownership of the outcome after launch.
Responsibilities
Own the product initiatives assigned to you: set priorities, make scope decisions, and evaluate their results.
Investigate customer needs and business problems using data, research, feedback, and conversations with the teams involved.
Define the problem, the desired outcome, and how success will be measured before moving toward a solution.
Evaluate options and make trade-offs across customer impact, business value, risk, operational needs, and implementation effort.
Work with Design and Engineering to shape solutions and guide them through development and launch.
Align Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Data on decisions that affect each initiative.
Measure results after launch and improve the product based on what you learn.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Manager leading initiatives from problem discovery through launch and measurement.
Strong product judgment: you can analyze ambiguous problems, evaluate options, recommend priorities, and explain your decisions.
Experience working with Engineering and Design on digital products involving complex processes and integrations.
Ability to combine data, research, and customer feedback when making product decisions.
Clear communication and the ability to align teams with different needs and goals.
Autonomy to drive initiatives, resolve blockers, and adjust course as new information becomes available.
Nice to have
Experience in fintech, financial services, lending, or payments.
Experience working with Risk, Compliance, or Operations teams.
Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, or user research.
