  • Develop features supporting performance campaign use cases such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, retargeting, audience creation, optimization, and conversion-based bidding.

  • Good understanding of mobile attribution, tracking links, postbacks, conversion events, attribution windows, deep linking, SKAN, Android Privacy Sandbox, and mobile measurement concepts.

  • Understanding of performance marketing KPIs.

  • Experience translating complex advertising and measurement workflows into scalable platform features.

  • Hands-on experience working i with Product, Engineering, Data, QA, Operations, and Business teams.

  • Ability to create clear product documentation including PRDs, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

  • Understanding of programmatic standards and technologies such as OpenRTB, Native Ads, VAST, APIs, tracking pixels, and server-to-server integrations.

Preferred / Added Advantage
  • Previous experience building, scaling, or managing a Mobile DSP or Performance Advertising Platform.

  • Experience designing automated campaign optimization or bidding products using conversion and attribution signals.

  • Experience building audience segmentation, retargeting, lookalike, or event-based audience products using MMP or first-party data.

  • Understanding of fraud prevention, attribution discrepancies, click/install validation, and mobile advertising quality controls.

  • Experience with reporting and analytics products combining campaign delivery, attribution, revenue, and conversion data.

  • Exposure to both user acquisition and retargeting/re-engagement use cases.
