This role is highly execution-oriented and ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of product strategy, workflow design, enterprise software, and AI-driven innovation. The Product Manager will play a critical role in defining detailed product initiatives across Green Cabbage’s platform suite, including procurement intelligence tools, analytics applications, workflow systems, and emerging AI capabilities.

The ideal candidate is comfortable owning initiatives from concept through delivery and excels at converting business objectives and customer feedback into exceptionally detailed product documentation and engineering-ready requirements.

What You’ll Own

Product Definition & Execution

  • Define product initiatives from discovery through delivery across Green Cabbage’s platform ecosystem
  • Translate business priorities, client feedback, procurement workflows, and operational pain points into actionable product requirements
  • Produce highly detailed PRDs, workflow documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and feature specifications
  • Work closely with engineering teams throughout development to clarify requirements, refine scope, and remove ambiguity
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive enterprise workflows and data-driven user experiences

AI & Workflow Innovation

  • Help define and operationalize AI-driven workflows and agentic capabilities across procurement intelligence applications
  • Partner with technical teams to identify practical applications for LLMs, automation, intelligent search, and workflow orchestration
  • Ensure AI features are grounded in measurable operational value and enterprise usability rather than novelty

Roadmap & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Assist in prioritizing roadmap initiatives based on client impact, business value, technical complexity, and strategic alignment
  • Work cross-functionally with leadership, engineering, analytics, operations, and client-facing teams
  • Support internal product alignment across Green Cabbage’s offerings, including procurement intelligence, supplier intelligence, analytics, and workflow management solutions

Product Analysis & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze product usage, workflow adoption, client feedback, and operational metrics to guide future enhancements
  • Participate in customer discussions and discovery efforts to better understand procurement team challenges and enterprise buying workflows
  • Help identify opportunities to improve scalability, usability, and workflow efficiency across the platform

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of Product Management experience or closely related product-focused experience
  • Experience working on B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise workflow applications
  • Exposure to AI-enabled software, automation tools, LLM-based systems, or intelligent workflow platforms
  • Strong ability to define initiatives with exceptional detail and organizational clarity
  • Experience writing comprehensive product requirements and engineering-ready documentation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working within agile or iterative software development environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience with procurement, sourcing, supplier management, contract management, analytics, or enterprise operations software
  • Familiarity with data-driven applications, workflow orchestration, or enterprise intelligence platforms
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Aha!, Figma, or similar product management platforms
  • Technical fluency sufficient to collaborate deeply with software engineering and AI development teams
  • Experience working in high-growth or fast-moving product organizations

What Success Looks Like

  • Product initiatives are thoroughly defined and executable with minimal ambiguity
  • Engineering teams receive clear, organized, implementation-ready requirements
  • AI capabilities improve real procurement workflows and user efficiency
  • Product priorities align with client needs, operational value, and strategic growth objectives
  • Cross-functional collaboration is efficient and highly organized
  • Green Cabbage continues strengthening its position as a leader in procurement intelligence and AI-enabled enterprise workflows
