About Co-PowerAt Co-Power, we’re building the energy company of the future - one that powers Europe’s industry with clean, reliable, and ultra-affordable electricity.
We install large-scale batteries at industrial sites and connect them into an intelligent network that manages electricity in real time. By turning factories into flexible energy hubs, we make renewable power reliable, dispatchable, and cost-competitive—available around the clock.
Our mission is bold: to unlock true energy abundance for Europe. We believe energy is the lever that can make European industry thrive again—and we’re looking for people who want to build that future, not just imagine it.
If you get as excited about substations as you do about optimization and trading, you’ll feel right at home here.
The RoleWe’re hiring our first Product Manager to shape our existing offering and build the next generation of Co-Power products.
You’ll be part of the core team building our first energy platform - working at the intersection of technology, operations, and commercialization to ensure what we build is technically excellent, scalable, and drives real impact for industrial customers.
What You’ll DoIn your first months, you will:
- Own the product end-to-end: Act as the bridge between Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams, aligning technical delivery with business outcomes.
- Shape the Virtual Power Plant: Define the commercial and operational setup, work closely with Engineering on prioritization, and ensure rapid and high-quality product delivery.
- Drive automation and productization: Develop customer dashboards, internal tools, and workflows that improve scalability, transparency, and speed.
- Collaborate closely with Michael (Product Director) and Jan (Co-Founder) on the strategic product roadmap and company-defining decisions.
- High ownership mindset: You care deeply about quality, detail, and execution.
- Analytical and quantitative skills: You enjoy building models and assessing commercial impact.
- Technical curiosity: You’re comfortable using modern tools for data analysis, prototyping, and dashboard creation.
- Structured and proactive: You can independently drive projects in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
- Experience: 1-2 years in product management, strategy, or the energy sector.
Bonus: Experience in energy markets, batteries, or industrial technology.
What We Offer- Competitive compensation including equity in Co-Power.
- Top-tier equipment—you choose what helps you perform best.
- A vibrant, dog-friendly office at Goetheplatz in Munich.
- An office-first culture: While flexibility is part of how we work, we believe early teams build stronger foundations by collaborating in person.
Join us to build the energy system Europe deserves.
