Job Description:

  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors and competitor activities to identify market opportunities for the product
  • Plan and develop brand strategies and initiatives that are in line with the growth drivers and business objectives
  • Develop and implement national promotional campaigns, materials and educational initiatives that are in line with brand strategies
  • Work together with sales force, give clear market direction and guideline to sales team
  • Develop critical relationships with national Key Opinion Leaders and other allied health care professionals.
  • Set up KOLs communication workshops to understand the patients /physicians insights.
  • Collaborate with cross function teams, particularly collaborate with medical team to develop, integrate and implement operational plan to make sure the brand strategy alignment, GA team to develop the communication material and lobby experts for market access success
  • Provide product knowledge to internal clients.
  • Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts

Qualification Required:

  • Bachelor degree or above, medical or related majors preferred
  • Above 3 years working experience in pharmaceutical industry in sales and marketing
  • Good Customer Insight including understanding customer needs, behaviors, motivational drivers
  • Product and Industry/Environment Knowledge
  • Be able to collect and analyze data
  • Good capability in strategic thinking/planning
  • Be able to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders to change perception or obtain commitment
  • Proficient in oral and written communication (English) and good MS Office
