Main Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy. Define product goals, objectives, and success metrics;
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product’s future direction and planned features;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to gather and prioritize product requirements;
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals;
- Oversee the product development process, working closely with engineering to ensure timely and high quality product delivery;
- Plan and execute product launches, including coordination with Marketing regarding marketing strategies and communication plans;
- Keep stakeholders informed about the product’s progress and any changes to the product strategy or roadmap;
- Manage the product budget and make decisions regarding resource allocation.
Core Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, IT delivery management, or similar experience;
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in a cross-functional team with designers, developers, and business teams;
- Excellent stakeholder management skills;
- Experience in using design thinking and other methodologies for product discovery;
- Entrepreneurial mindset, can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership towards the product you are working on;
- Keen interest in cybersecurity, data privacy and other related fields;
- Technical education is a big plus;
- Fluency in English.
Salary Range
- Monthly gross salary 5500-7300EUR.
