Job DescriptionAre you a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager passionate about advancing clinical solutions? We are seeking a skilled Product Manager – Radiotherapy Positioning Solutions to drive the development, launch, and promotion of our radiotherapy and radiosurgery products, with a focus on ExacTrac Dynamic. In this role, you will immerse yourself in customer feedback, collaborate closely with clinical experts, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing the product’s entire journey - from initial ideation and specification to launch and beyond - ensuring it meets customer needs and delivers tangible clinical impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Prioritization: Evaluate business opportunities and prioritize product scope in alignment with clinical needs, ensuring technical feasibility and market impact.
- Customer Insight & Engagement: Gather and analyze feedback from customers, partners, and sales teams to identify opportunities for new features and product enhancements.
- Market Strategy Execution: Develop and implement market strategies, crafting an engaging product story to drive clinical adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate efforts with R&D and other departments, ensuring a unified approach to product development and market introduction.
- Product Presentations & Sales Support: Serve as a passionate product advocate, representing the product to customers during in-house visits, events, and digital marketing campaigns, while equipping sales with essential tools and training.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze global sales performance, measuring results against objectives and identifying areas for improvement.
- At least three years of experience in product management or a related field, ideally with a focus on healthcare or radiotherapy products, and/or relevant clinical experience.
- University degree in Engineering, Business, Physics, or a related field.
- Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with expertise in scope management, evaluation of business opportunities, prioritization, and defining requirements to balance clinical and technical needs.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills in English, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and customers effectively. Proficiency in German and/or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate cross-functional teams to foster effective collaboration with sales, clinical teams, and R&D.
- Proven capability to translate complex contexts into clear, concise visions and actionable strategies.
- Ability to drive the successful implementation of strategies and roadmaps.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
