Health Note automates activities that distract clinicians from their patients.  Right now, we are focusing on automating notes.  Before an appointment, our intake solution engages patients with clinically intelligent questions and seamlessly writes responses back into the EMR in real time both as discrete data and as an AI-generated note which serves as a concise summary.  During an appointment, our ambient scribe transcribes and summarizes to streamline the visit and ensure that all information is captured accurately and efficiently.

Product is the cornerstone of our business.  We believe that our solutions–intake and ambient scribe–are the best clinically oriented products on the market and we are looking to build on those foundations as we grow as a business. Our Product Team delivers on our core product offerings that delight our customers – clearly setting us apart from the competition – as well as developing entirely new solutions to meet customer needs.

We are looking for a Product Manager with extensive experience leveraging a Product-Led Growth approach.  Specifically, this PM will be tasked with helping to advance our strategy on our ambient product as we gain more traction in that part of our market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the PLG strategy that will drive user acquisition, retention, and expansion
  • Analyze user data to identify and address growth opportunities and barriers within the product
  • Contribute to and manage the execution of the Product Roadmap
  • Act as the product owner and project manager for the assigned product set
  • Write comprehensive user stories and detailed acceptance criteria
  • Own the end to end process of the product release and the Go to Market Product Launch, internally and externally
  • Forecast timelines and communicate status
  • Communicate and actively work to mitigate risks to budget, resources, and timeline
  • Foster collaboration and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback; listen and communicate effectively setting appropriate and clear expectations
  • Ability to explain workflows and value to the technical team while also being able to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years of experience as a PLG Product Manager at a high growth SaaS startup, with a proven track record of driving growth through product optimization and experimentations
  • Experience working closely with Marketing colleagues to create and execute a strategy that drives customer acquisition, retention, and expansion through product experience
  • Experience using a ticketing system, strong plus for JIRA
  • Experience using product/user analytics tools such as MixedPanel or Pendo
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a variety of different stakeholders; know your audience and tailor the content appropriately
  • Ability to analyze industry trends and competitor behavior
  • Bonus:  2+ years of experience in Healthcare Technology and/or a clinical background

Logistics

  • Location:  Health Note is a fully distributed company.  This employee must be located within the United States and a successful candidate will have US work authorization without requiring visa sponsorship.
  • Salary Range:  Base salary $115,000-$150,000
    • The base salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by budget allocated for the role and additional factors, including job-related competencies and skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US job postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity or benefits.
