Product Manager - Portal Harmonization

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Portal Harmonization team, collaborating with Engineering, UX Design, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership to drive our customer experience forward. You will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative and product-minded team to build customer portals and experiences that delight. We aim to empower our teams to take ownership of the applications they deliver, and you will provide the framework, expertise, and tooling to enable that.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, UX Design, and Leadership to set the long-term vision of the Telesign portal customer experience
• Responsible for the tactical implementation of short-term and long-term product roadmap
• Communicate product strategy and status to all relevant participants and stakeholders
• Work with UX designers and engineers on solution design
• Work with program managers on sprint planning, backlog grooming
• Work with stakeholders and global teams in different time zones

Essential Requirements: 

• 5+ years Product Management Experience
• 5+ years of experience working on customer-facing platforms and portals
• Comfortable with an iterative and flexible development style
• Demonstrated skills in delivering high quality products
• Judicious decision-making skills in a high-responsibility environment
• Independent problem-solving skills, working efficiently with teams of two to three, pair programming or working alone
• A thirst for learning about emerging technology and market trends, tempered with healthy skepticism
• Experience in building web applications
