Sobre a Vaga

Na Platform Science o Product Manager Pleno será responsável por desenvolver produtos inovadores e que gerem impacto real para os clientes e o negócio. Se você é uma pessoa estratégica, orientada a resultados e com experiência em gestão de produtos digitais, essa é a sua chance de fazer parte de uma equipe dinâmica e colaborar para o sucesso da Platform Science! Você será responsável por gerir o produto desde o discovery até o delivery, mantendo proximidade e sinergia do nosso time de engenharia e design.

Principais Responsabilidades

Elaborar a estratégia do produto, agregando as necessidades dos clientes, a visão de produto e os objetivos de negócio;

• Criar e manter um roadmap de produto, orientado a resultado e com métricas de sucesso que sustentem a estratégia do produto.
• Buscar sinergia com outros produtos Platform Science, visando contribuir com o Integração de equipamentos;
• Demonstrar familiaridade com gestão ágil, fomentando entregas contínuas e incrementais de valor, tanto ao cliente quanto ao negócio.
• Fomentar colaboração e segurança psicológica no time multifuncional em que atua, mantendo proximidade e sinergia com Engineering Manager, Product Designer, e demais integrantes de Engenharia e Dados/IA em busca dos resultados do produto.
• Fomentar o uso de dados para tomada de decisão, bem como esforços para entregar uma agradável experiência ao usuário.

Experiência Exigida

• Experiência comprovada em gestão completa de produtos digitais, preferencialmente SaaS B2B
• Desejável experiência em produtos de software embarcado
• Experiência em gestão ágil e Scrum, fomentando entregas contínuas e incrementais de valor, tanto ao cliente quanto ao negócio.
• Desejável conhecimento na área de telemetria e logística.
• Desejável conhecimento sobre retorno de investimento do produto

Requisitos da vaga:

• Necessária disponibilidade para viagens
• Ensino superior Completo, desejável em cursos de Tecnologia ou áreas afins.
• Pós-graduação ou MBA, em Gestão de Projetos, Gestão de Produto ou afins será um diferencial.
• Inglês avançado

At Platform Science, the Product Manager will be responsible for developing innovative products that create a real impact for our customers and business. You'll manage the product from discovery to delivery, working closely and synergistically with our engineering and design teams.

• Develop the product strategy, incorporating customer needs, product vision, and business objectives.
• Create and maintain a result-oriented product roadmap with success metrics that support the product strategy.
• Seek synergy with other Platform Science products, aiming to contribute to equipment integration.
• Demonstrate familiarity with agile management, fostering continuous and incremental value delivery to both customers and the business.
• Foster collaboration and psychological safety within the multidisciplinary team, maintaining close ties and synergy with the Engineering Manager, Product Designer, and other Engineering and Data/AI team members to achieve product results.
• Promote the use of data for decision-making and strive to deliver a pleasant user experience.

• Proven experience in full lifecycle management of digital products, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Desirable experience with embedded software products.
• Experience in agile management and Scrum, fostering continuous and incremental value delivery to both customers and the business.
• Desirable knowledge in the field of telemetry and logistics.
• Desirable knowledge of product return on investment.

• Availability for travel is required.
• Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Technology or related fields.
• A postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Product Management, or related fields will be a plus.
• Advanced English.
