Product Manager, Platform

What you'll be doing

At Future, our proprietary web platform powers the creation, editing, and publication of exceptional digital content, supporting websites that engage hundreds of millions of users monthly.

As the Product Manager, Platform, you will drive the development and evolution of our platform. Collaborating with engineers, UX designers, data scientists, brand teams, and other business stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to enhance functionality and performance. Your work will ensure that our platform meets the needs of both internal teams and end-users while aligning with Future key performance indicators (KPIs).

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
• Defining and executing product strategy
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to tailor complex ideas to various audiences and foster alignment across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated success in optimizing products through ideation, testing, and analysis, with measurable improvements to KPIs.
• Experience gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution
• Deep understanding of the “platform effect” and how incremental changes can create large-scale impacts.
• Data-driven analysis, with expertise in evaluating KPIs to inform decisions, identify value, and drive impactful outcomes
• Experience designing scalable and flexible solutions for diverse brands and content categories.
