Location: In Office- Mountain View, CAWhat You Will Do

As a Product Manager at Moveworks, you will spearhead the strategic development of our enterprise content platform, which ingests files from diverse knowledge bases, crawls help articles from the internet, and consolidates identities across numerous systems, facilitating permission-based search within the Moveworks Copilot. Furthermore, you will collaborate extensively with our infrastructure team to ensure the efficient ingestion of voluminous content with exceptional freshness rates across multiple data centers, enhancing our best-in-class enterprise RAG system. Last, you will own the customer rollouts of content integrations to drive more utility within the Moveworke Copilot. 

  • Manage content integration requests from our customers, and partners with product analysts & engineers on project plans.
  • Own the Content Integrations Roadmap and communicates milestones to the Go-to-Market and Customer Success teams. 
  • Coordinate high-level research activities with Product Analysts on new systems, driving completeness of the integrations. 
  • Procure content integrations for discovery & development.
  • Author documentation of new systems and capabilities, e.g. new authentication.
  • Manage the product lifecycle of new content integrations, partnering closely with strategic customers to validate and enhance performance & impact.
  • Collaborate with the Infra and Platform Engineering team to validate their designs. 
  • Collaborate with the search product team to ensure platform capabilities are in service of their performance goals.  
  • Drive customer adoption and proliferation of content integrations.

What You Bring To The Table

  • You are an experienced and accomplished Product Manager with 5+ years experience and have successfully launched SaaS products.
  • You have prior experience working with enterprise APIs and platforms and a strong understanding of them.
  • You have experience building complex enterprise products that have required 3rd party platform integrations.
  • You are dual focused on strategy and execution - you can ideate and think creatively and roll up your sleeves to get things done.
  • You have experience and/or a strong interest in working with machine-learning and AI platforms.
  • You are capable of navigating ambiguity, and you get energy from creating structure and processes to facilitate decision-making and drive results.
  • You have a talent for communication and an ability to explain dense, technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • You have a point of view on how to elevate products and the initiative to drive these advancements.
  • You are curious and genuinely excited to learn new things.  
  • You have a start-up mentality. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable being scrappy when needed.
  • You have a proven track record of taking ownership of product goals and initiatives and delivering against them.
  • You have the skills needed to take input from multiple sources, crystallize clear priorities, and communicate them effectively.
  • You are an effective communicator, you pay attention to the finer details, and you empathize with customers and stakeholder and build meaningful relationships.

Compensation Range: $210,000 -$240,000

*Our compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans. 
Ultimately, in determining pay, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, the role’s scope and complexity, the candidate’s experience and expertise, and other factors.
