Product Manager (Platform)

Our Platform stream acts as a backbone for product teams, handling the complexities of infrastructure, efficient technical solutions, and development frameworks. This allows product teams to concentrate on what they do best: developing and refining product features and experiences.

⚡ This role is for a builder. You'll take ownership of teams inside our Platform stream — the merchant-facing side of the shared services every other product team and merchant at Solidgate runs on.

Your mentor — Mykola Stasiuk, Senior Product Manager on the Platform stream, who leads the other two, data-oriented teams.

What You Will Own

You'll shape and evolve these core components:

• Auth — authentication, authorization, access management across all admin panels

• Notification system — how merchants and internal teams get informed, reliably

• Audit and Approval Manager — logging and approval workflows that hold up under scrutiny

• File Management — file upload, export, and report generation

• Bulk operations and MCP

• UI Kit — the shared component library other teams build their interfaces on

You'll be great at this if:

• you have 2+ years in a B2B product — that's what matters, not your title. Whether you're a business analyst, a system analyst, an engineer, a QA engineer, or a PM: if you think like a product person, you're a match.

• you're comfortable enough with APIs and CI/CD that you don't need an engineer to explain the basics

• you bring curiosity, drive, and strong cognitive skills to everything you do

• you're a structured thinker who brings order to ambiguous, cross-team requests

• you find common ground with strong-opinioned engineers without losing your own point of view
