Key Responsibilities
- Lead product initiatives from discovery and ideation through scoping, launch, and iteration.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to define and deliver platform and digital product features.
- Drive API productization and ensure that backend services and platform capabilities are robust and scalable.
- Contribute to manual QA testing processes, including writing and executing test cases.
- Utilize tools like Jira, Trello, or similar for project tracking and management.
- Produce clear documentation and communication materials to support collaboration.
- Proactively identify challenges and opportunities, with a bias for action and ownership.
Must Have:
- 4+ years of experience in product management or similar product-focused roles.
- Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle in digital products and Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with manual QA testing, including test case design and execution.
- Experience with Jira, Trello, or other project management and bug tracking tools.
- Comfort working in technical domains (APIs, backend services, enterprise-level platforms).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to lead initiatives without direct authority.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to produce clear documentation.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for building impactful products.
