Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to bring products to life.
- Clearly document and communicate product objectives, value propositions, and challenges.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Drive product development cycles and ensure alignment with the company vision.
- Maintain a strong customer focus, ensuring products deliver value and engagement.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience in the pet industry (highly preferred).
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Proven ability to define product roadmaps and strategies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to effectively communicate goals, challenges, and solutions.
