About the RoleAs a Product Manager at DAS, you will own the strategic vision, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle of your products. You will be the driving force that connects market opportunities, customer needs, and business goals into a clear plan—and then mobilizes cross-functional teams to execute. - Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify differentiation, new opportunities, and winning strategies.
- Champion the voice of the customer, using data and feedback to iterate and improve features that move the needle.

- Communicates persuasively—able to influence, tell a compelling story, and rally people around a clear plan.
- Naturally steps into leadership, especially when teams need focus, momentum, and a decisive path forward.
- Values independence and freedom to operate, yet understands how to align stakeholders and keep projects moving.
- Daily: Remove execution roadblocks, refine priorities, review feedback, and keep teams aligned to the roadmap.
- Weekly: Run cross-functional syncs, adjust plans based on new data, and update stakeholders on progress and risks.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills—comfortable presenting to leadership and customers.
- Bias for action, comfort with change, and a track record of shipping and iterating quickly.
- You will have true ownership of your products and the freedom to drive outcomes, not just tasks.
- You’ll work in an environment that moves quickly, embraces change, and rewards performance and impact.
