Money Movement Product Manager

The role
Own Fasset's money movement product surface: rails (on-ramps, off-ramps, pay-ins, payouts), the payment infrastructure underneath them (fund movement, settlement, reconciliation, liquidity, treasury), and payments operations (settlement cycles, reconciliation, transaction processing, partner-bank relationship management). This the product owner for how money actually moves through Fasset, end to end. Reports to Head of Product. Considering leveling at both Senior PM (4+ years in product) and Lead PM (7+ years in product).
Responsibilities
Fund movement infrastructure that scales: Settlement, reconciliation, liquidity, and treasury flows currently run on spreadsheets and tribal knowledge. You own turning that into infrastructure.
Payments operations, built from zero: Settlement cycles, reconciliation cadence, transaction processing, and exception handling don't exist as a defined operating model yet. You write it, with Finance and FinOps, not around them.
Alignment with Own Network, not duplication of it: Own payments infrastructure team is building the shared money-movement and API layer every business line will consume. Your rail and infrastructure decisions feed that architecture instead of creating a parallel one.
AI-native execution: Every pod at Fasset is expected to move faster by building with AI, not around it. You bring that discipline to a domain that's still running on manual reconciliation and spreadsheets.
Jurisdictional and corridor fluency: Emerging markets where Fasset is building business operations each carry their own banking restrictions, pricing, and regulatory constraints. You know what's shared infrastructure and what has to be rebuilt corridor by corridor.
What we are looking for
- You've shipped payment rails in emerging-market or high-growth fintech: on-ramps, off-ramps, ACH, SWIFT, wire, or card acquiring, and you've done it across more than one PSP or banking partner at a time.
- You're as comfortable owning settlement, reconciliation, and treasury process as you are owning a customer-facing flow. This role is half product, half operations, by design.
- You can read a corridor's unit economics, deposit fees, FX spread, send fees, and know when subsidizing adoption is worth it versus when it's just renting growth.
- You've negotiated or managed a partner-bank or PSP relationship directly, not through an intermediary BD function.
- Stablecoin or crypto rails, multi-currency treasury, or emerging-markets banking experience is a strong plus.
Compensation and structure
Top-of-market for your geography. Daily work with core retail product and Own infrastructure teams.
Skills Required
- Experience shipping payment rails such as on-ramps, off-ramps, ACH, SWIFT, wire transfers, or card acquiring
- Experience in emerging-market or high-growth fintech environments
- Experience working across multiple PSPs or banking partners simultaneously
- Experience owning settlement, reconciliation, and treasury processes alongside customer-facing payment flows
- Ability to analyze corridor unit economics, deposit fees, FX spreads, and send fees
- Direct experience negotiating or managing partner-bank or PSP relationships
- Stablecoin or cryptocurrency rail experience
- Multi-currency treasury experience
- Emerging-markets banking experience
