You will be supporting the evolution of a DoD software factory for a wide range of government customers. You will serve as the Product Manager for a team of engineers on this contract which will include managing multiple projects, coordinating with value streams to ensure delivery of projects. Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical discipline with at least 5 years of professional experience. Additional relevant experience may be accepted in place of degree.
- Strong experience in leading, coordinating and driving the technical product vision, defining product requirements, detailing, and communicating to teams and guiding them through key project milestones using an agile project management methodology (Scrum, Kanban, Lean Software development, Scaled Agile Framework, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and react to shifting priorities to meet business needs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to use and gather data to perform quantitative analysis and make decisions.
- Hands-on experience with agile product management tools (JIRA, Service Now, BMC, Ivanti, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of CI/CD concepts and processes including prior experience developing and/or utilizing DevOps pipelines for software delivery (Gitlab, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.)
- Ability to maintain positive and professional relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to DoD contract.
