The Role
Company Description

We’re the world’s leading sports technology company, at the intersection between sports, media, and betting. More than 1,700 sports federations, media outlets, betting operators, and consumer platforms across 120 countries rely on our know-how and technology to boost their business.

Job Description

ABOUT US:

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own the delivery of Marketplace’s core product goals  — ensuring the platform evolves into a scalable, reliable, and commercially impactful ecosystem for suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

This role sits at the centre of Marketplace execution. You’ll translate strategy into a clear, prioritised roadmap; align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Supplier teams; and ensure that Marketplace features are delivered to a high standard, on time, and with measurable impact.

You will be accountable for outcomes — not just outputs — owning success metrics across activation, usage, quality, and platform adoption. This is a high-visibility role for a product manager who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and driving delivery across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

THE CHALLENGE:

Product Strategy & Delivery

  • Own the Marketplace product roadmap, aligned to agreed business and platform strategy and goals.
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear epics, initiatives, and success metrics.
  • Prioritise work across supplier onboarding, discovery, activation, analytics, and platform foundations.
  • Ensure product delivery balances short-term commercial needs with long-term scalability and platform health.
  • Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Supplier Management, and Commercial on scope, sequencing, and trade-offs.

Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead day-to-day product delivery, working closely with Engineering to plan, scope, and execute work.
  • Write clear, outcome-focused product requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Own backlog prioritisation, sprint planning input, and dependency management.
  • Act as the primary decision-maker on product scope and sequencing within agreed constraints.
  • Proactively surface risks, blockers, and delivery trade-offs to stakeholders.

Customer, Supplier & Internal Enablement

  • Ensure Marketplace features solve real customer and supplier problems, informed by feedback and usage data.
  • Partner with Supplier Relationship Managers and Content PMs to support onboarding, activation, and quality improvements for suppliers.
  • Work with Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure features are well-positioned, understood, and adopted.
  • Ensure internal teams (Sales, Support, Operations) are enabled with the right tooling, workflows, and visibility.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track success metrics for Marketplace features (e.g. activation rate, usage, conversion, quality signals).
  • Use data and qualitative feedback to inform iteration and roadmap adjustments.
  • Own post-launch reviews and drive continuous improvement across product experience and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure Marketplace evolves as a platform, not just a collection of integrations.

ABOUT YOU:

  • 5–8 years’ experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B platforms, marketplaces, or data-driven products.
  • Proven track record of owning complex roadmaps and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Strong execution skills — able to move from strategy to delivery with clarity and pace.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering teams in agile environments
  • Comfortable operating across technical, commercial, and operational domains.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience defining and tracking product success metrics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including with senior leadership.
  • Experience in sports, media, data, or marketplace ecosystems is an advantage.

OUR OFFER:

  • collaborative environment with colleagues from all over the world (Engineering offices in Europe, Asia and US) including various social events and teambuilding.
  • Flexibility to manage your workday and tasks with autonomy.
  • A balance of structure and autonomy to tackle your daily tasks.
  • Vibrant and inclusive community, including Women in Tech and Pride groups which welcome all participants.
  • Global Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Calm and Reulay app (leading well-being apps designed to support focus, quality rest, mindfulness, and long-term mental resilience).
  • Online training videos
  • Flexible working hours

While we appreciate the flexibility and benefits of working from home, we strongly believe that coming together in person fosters stronger connections, encourages collaboration, and drives innovation—both as individuals and as a company. The energy, shared ideas, and team support we experience in the office strengthen the foundation of our success and culture. For this reason, we are an office-first business operating on a hybrid model, with team members working in the office three days a week to build relationships, exchange ideas, and grow together.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

  • Initial Screening: A quick chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner to understand your background and expectations.
  • Online interview: Meet with the team and the Hiring Manager to dive deeper into your experience and discuss overall team fit.
  • Onsite Interview: Meet with the local team and take a tour of our office for a final meet-and-greet.
  • Finals Steps: Receive feedback and, if successful, an offer!
