As a Senior Associate on the Product Marketing team, you'll play a key role in supporting the build and scaling of products that empower marketers - from how content is created and managed, to how it's governed and scaled across the marketing content supply chain.
You will help shape innovative product capabilities supported by user research and stakeholder feedback and continuously improve our existing tools and platforms.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the performance marketing team and lines of businesses and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our creative and content production capability.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Lead to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our stakeholders through user research and discovery
- Support day-to-day co-ordination of the content ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business priorities, marketer workflows and activation needs
- Assist with vendor relationships, support processes, and tool performance tracking; support onboarding and pilot programs for new
- Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall creative production experience
- Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and surface potential product features that deliver value
- Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics across the product development lifecycle
- Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
- Enhance communication between development and business leads so that asks and solutions are clearly understood by both sides
- Act as a center of knowledge, maintaining deep curiosity about marketing operations and creative production tooling, and sharing learnings with the broader team
- Manage day-to-day operations across vendor platforms including Writer.ai, Canva, and Moveable Ink — covering user access, configuration support, quality monitoring, and user enablement
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across marketing, technology, legal, and compliance
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle
- Experience in product lifecycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Ability to partner on enterprise-level applications from proof of concept through to mature production environments
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels and documenting requirements in agile story form
- Proven stakeholder management skills across cross-matrix organizations, spanning both business and technology teams
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Hands-on experience with AI content generation or dynamic personalization platforms
- Familiarity with creative production workflows and content governance processes in a marketing organization
- Experience in agile environments including Jira, supporting scrum teams and presenting outcomes to business partners.
- Experience working alongside legal, compliance or risk functions in a regulated industry
- Exposure to AI-assisted content tools and an awareness of responsible AI considerations in a marketing context
