Role Summary:

Given the growing visibility and rapid adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, we are seeking a dedicated Product Owner to lead the strategic development and support of M365 Copilot initiatives. This role is critical to establishing a comprehensive support model and defining a strategic approach to AI integration within M365 Copilot.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product roadmap for M365 Copilot-related initiatives.
- Design and implement a scalable support model to meet the evolving needs of users.
- Collaborate closely with Microsoft to co-develop an operating model tailored to M365 Copilot.
- Ensure alignment of Copilot initiatives with broader EUC strategies and goals.
- Monitor adoption trends and user feedback to continuously improve product offerings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and Microsoft partners regarding M365 Copilot.

 

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product management, preferably within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive strategic outcomes.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
