Job Overview

As our Product Manager (Loyalty), you will own the end-to-end strategy, design and execution of our loyalty and rewards ecosystem. You will be the internal champion for client retention, translating trader behaviour and business goals into compelling loyalty programs that keep our clients engaged, active and growing with us. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of product, commercial and marketing, with a direct impact on revenue and client lifetime value.

Main Responsibilities

  • Define and own the loyalty product and schemes roadmap, aligned with business KPIs such as client retention, trading volume and lifetime value.
  • Research competitor loyalty offerings and emerging trends in fintech and gaming to identify differentiation opportunities.
  • Develop frameworks for segmenting clients by behaviour, value and engagement level to enable personalised loyalty experiences.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection and onboarding of loyalty platforms - whether built in-house or via a third-party vendor - defining requirements, assessing options and owning the solution.
  • Define integration requirements between the loyalty platform and adjacent systems - trading platforms, CRM, client portals and payment infrastructure.
  • Write detailed product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for all loyalty features, both client-facing and platform-side.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, QA and/or vendors to deliver loyalty product increments on time and to spec.
  • Define and track success metrics for all loyalty initiatives (engagement rate, churn reduction, redemption rate, cost-per-retained-client, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing to align loyalty campaigns with commercial goals and client communication strategies.

Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science or any other relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of product management experience, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience running and/or building loyalty systems ideally within the Forex/FinTech or Gaming industry.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Demonstrable experience owning a loyalty platform or engine end-to-end, including defining its technical requirements and working directly with engineering teams to build it.
  • Proven track record of launching loyalty or retention products from concept to live
  • Strong understanding of loyalty program mechanics: points systems, tiered programs, cashback, rebates, referral schemes and gamification loops.
  • Solid grasp of behavioural economics and how incentive design drives client action.
  • Proficiency with product analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau) and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex trading or financial concepts into simple, engaging client-facing experiences.
  • Creative thinker who can balance innovation with regulatory constraints.
  • Highly collaborative, with the gravitas to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to move fast in a scaling environment.

Benefits
  • 24 working days of annual leave
  • Comprehensive Global Medical Insurance Plan, with coverage for the employee and their immediate family from day one
  • Udemy Business unlimited membership
  • Company discount card with access to various goods and services
  • Corporate events and team building activities
  • Professional and personal development opportunities in a fast-growing environment
