Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Product Manager to drive growth across the EMEA region. This role is designed for a self-driven talent who excels at bilingual (Mandarin/English) communication to lead product strategy and execution for industrial power supply portfolio in the EMEA region to satisfy market needs and accelerate business growth. You will act as the bridge between our customers and our global internal teams to deliver market-leading product strategy.

  • Drive product strategy and roadmap for industrial power supply products across EMEA.
  • Collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to define product requirements and go-to-market plans.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare product documentation, pricing models, launch materials, and sales tools.
  • Support regional sales and Field Application Engineers with product trainings and technical guidance.
  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and adjust priorities accordingly.
  • Represent the product at trade shows, customer meetings, and internal reviews.
  • Coordinate with global headquarters on product lifecycle management and localization efforts.
  • Field Engagement: Travel (approx. 30%) for customer visits, joint end-user meetings, and representation at industry exhibitions.

Qualifications

  • Native or professional fluency in both Mandarin and English is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in power electrical engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven project/product management experience in defining product strategy, launching products, and driving adoption (Power Supply or Electronics industry highly preferred).
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.

Skills Required
