About Amperos Health
Amperos Health is the leading provider of multi-modal RCM agents empowering healthcare clinics to collect more revenue, faster. Founded in 2023 and backed by Uncork, Neo, Nebular.vc and strategic angels from OpenAI, Stripe, and Twilio, we're on a mission to revamp the bridge between healthcare providers and payers. Our vision is to equip healthcare providers with an AI workforce that reduces administrative burden and accelerates revenue.
About the role
To date, product decisions have been founder-led. We are looking for a experienced product manager that is well-versed in integrating with legacy systems. Healthcare integrations is preferred, but integrations with legacy systems in other antiquated domains is also good.
Our clients are on many different healthcare PM systems that are either remote desktops or browser based and often behind strict security requirements. We need to use a combination of APIs (usually not possible), RPA, and agentic methods to be able to enable the capabilities we offer.
To support our fast growth and new customers, we need to be able to build out new integrations for new systems efficiently as well as develop a framework for reliability and monitoring. You’ll get the opportunity to lead and build our Integrations team.
What you’ll do
Think deeply on how to build a best-in-class Integrations team to support being able to build new integrations for customers and monitor reliability of existing integrations
Lead pilots, implementations, and enterprise commits with customer success for new customers that require PM system integrations
Prioritize the backlog of integrations that are needed and drive delivering successful integrations with customers
Figure out how to operationalize our integrations process
Work with engineering to build a scalable framework for building integrations with PM systems
Work with engineering and research to productionize new capabilities that require integrating with PM systems (ie. fetching certain pieces of data from PM systems)
Be a domain expert in healthcare billing and revenue cycle management
Own the product strategy and roadmap for integrations
Who we’re looking for
5+ years of experience in product management specifically for integrations
Technical background
Experience leading large, complex product surfaces in B2B or highly antiquated industries
Knowledgeable about healthcare billing and RCM
Bias towards action. Execution comes naturally to you.
Organized. You nerd out on the latest Linear features. You write nice Notion docs. You always know what your team is working on and when things are shipping.
High agency. You don’t need much instruction to create results. You pride yourself on being able to just figure things out.
Analytical. Fluent in SQL and making your own dashboards to monitor what’s going on and discovery new trends (we use Posthog!)
Great communicator both verbally and written. You proactively push necessary information to the team rather than the team needing to pull info from you.
Interested in taking a product leadership role but don’t care about titles at this stage.
Previous founder is a plus.

What We Do
We’re on a mission to power back-office operations, supercharge admins in their workflows, and spark legacy healthcare software with AI-first experiences.
Our team has seen first-hand how ever-expanding burdens imposed by insurance have made running and growing a medical practice increasingly difficult. With growing prior authorization requirements and claim denial rates, providers are seeing lower revenue, higher staff burnout and higher costs to collect revenue, all while patient outcomes suffer.
Our vision is that each provider has a suite of AI co-workers that supercharge its staff by dealing with all the workflows related to insurance, meaning providers can spend less time on administrative tasks and more on what healthcare is meant to be about: patient care.
