About M7 Health
M7 Health is a nursing workforce management platform that helps health systems foster the flexibility, predictability, and autonomy that the modern nurse demands. M7 combines data on staff preferences with patient volume projections to dynamically build and manage schedules that optimize for operational efficiency and staff satisfaction.
Hospitals that use M7 improve retention, cut administrative time spent by clinical staff, and reduce superfluous labor costs. M7 is live in over 30 hospitals across the US, with dozens more going live in the coming weeks.
About The Role
In the PM - Integrations role, you will be responsible for overseeing technical integrations between M7’s platform and hospitals' enterprise systems. You will manage the entire lifecycle of integrations, from scoping and implementation to ongoing maintenance. This will require close collaboration with M7’s Engineering and Operations teams, along with external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Integration Ownership: Own the integration process between M7's platform and healthcare facility’s Human Capital Management systems (E.g., Workday, Kronos/UKG) by scoping the project, managing technical implementations accounting for interdependencies, and reporting progress to hospital IT teams.
- Technical Partnership: Collaborate closely with Engineering teams on specific integrations, data mapping, and system configurations. Drive technical decisions that balance customer needs with engineering capacity.
- Project Prioritization: Lead multiple integration projects simultaneously, managing timelines and resources while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital IT teams throughout the integration lifecycle. Serve as the primary point of contact for implementation questions.
- Quality Control: Establish and execute comprehensive testing processes to validate integration functionality and performance. Identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Ongoing Maintenance: Oversee the health of existing integrations through regular monitoring, updates, and performance optimization. Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies.
- General Operations: As part of working at an early stage company, all team members must be willing to jump into other areas of company operations that are not specifically outlined above. You will be a critical member of the Product team, expected to contribute beyond integrations.
About You:
- Product experience: You have PM experience, ideally in environments that involve complex software systems, and have demonstrated the ability to manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and maintenance. Experience with Human Capital Management systems is preferred.
- Problem-Solving: You consistently propose actionable solutions when faced with a problem. You practice hypothesis-based thinking and adjust a solution when presented with new information.
- Clear Communication: Your written and verbal communication skills are stellar. You can effectively document technical requirements and report on complex information to diverse stakeholders — you can translate technical concepts into clear, actionable language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Execution: You always produce high quality output. You are thoughtful and independent, while appropriately soliciting feedback along the way.
- Attitude and Culture: You consistently come ****prepared and actively listen/engage with the opinions of others. You have a perspective on how to get the job done, and practice the mantra of “strong opinions, loosely held” in problem solving/team discussions. You are passionate about M7’s mission of elevating the nursing profession and demonstrate that passion in interactions with your teammates and external partners.
- Startup Mindset: You ruthlessly prioritize work on your plate and can evaluate the relative importance and complexity of assigned work in a manner that ties to M7’s broader objectives. You find scrappy ways to get the job done.
