Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our Integration & Transformation Services (ITS) product area.

The ITS team is responsible for building and maintaining LanguageWire's integration ecosystem, including connectors, middleware integrations, APIs, and content transformation services. The mission is simple: build integrations that customers want, need, and use, making it easier for them to localize content directly within their existing workflows.

You will work closely with a dedicated engineering team while collaborating with product leadership, commercial teams, customer success, support, and strategic partners to define and deliver integrations that create measurable customer and business value.

At LanguageWire, we help businesses simplify communication across languages by combining advanced AI technology with deep human expertise. Our ambition is to wire the world together with language.

Help us make localization a seamless part of every customer's workflow.

The role you'll play

Your mission is to grow and evolve LanguageWire's Integration & Transformation Services ecosystem.

You are accountable for identifying, validating, delivering, and supporting integrations that enable customers to connect, automate, and scale multilingual content workflows. You will own product outcomes, ensuring that integrations solve real customer problems while contributing to customer adoption, retention, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

You will own the product strategy and lifecycle across:

  • Connectors and middleware integrations with customer systems such as CMS, CCMS, PIM, DAM, marketing automation, and AI platforms
  • Project API capabilities enabling seamless integration with customer workflows
  • Content Transformation Services that facilitate efficient content exchange and processing
  • The broader integration ecosystem, including roadmap decisions on which integrations to build, maintain, enhance, or sunset

Your role is to identify the most valuable customer workflow challenges, understand them deeply, and help the team build scalable solutions that create lasting customer value.

The team you'll be a part of

  • You will be part of a cross-functional, autonomous product team consisting of engineering and product professionals focused on integration and transformation services.
  • You will collaborate closely with engineering, commercial teams, customer success, support, leadership, and development partners to deliver meaningful outcomes.
  • The team takes ownership of the complete lifecycle of its products: from discovery and delivery through launch, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
  • Success depends on combining customer insight, business context, product judgment, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

In 6/12 months, you'll know you were successful if...

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, integration challenges, market opportunities, and the language technology ecosystem.
  • Establish and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for ITS aligned with LanguageWire's strategic objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize the highest-impact integration opportunities based on customer value, business impact, and scalability.
  • Deliver meaningful improvements to the adoption, reliability, and customer satisfaction of existing integrations.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, strategic partners, and product peers, becoming a trusted voice for integrations across the company.
  • Successfully balance innovation with operational excellence, ensuring integrations remain scalable, maintainable, and reliable.
  • Demonstrate measurable impact through increased integration adoption, retention, operational efficiency, and commercial success.
Desired experience and competencies

What does it take to work for LanguageWire?

What you'll need to bring

You are an experienced Product Manager comfortable operating in a highly technical environment where customer workflows, integrations, and business outcomes intersect.

You understand that successful integrations are products in their own right and know how to balance customer needs, technical complexity, scalability, and business value.

You:

  • Practice continuous discovery and start with understanding customer workflows and problems.
  • Have experience managing B2B SaaS products, platforms, APIs, integrations, or technical products.
  • Can evaluate opportunities based on customer value, feasibility, viability, and strategic alignment.
  • Work effectively with engineers and are comfortable discussing technical concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understand how to prioritize between new product development and ongoing maintenance obligations.
  • Use data, customer feedback, and business objectives to inform decisions.
  • Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders across commercial, technical, and leadership teams.
  • Take ownership of outcomes rather than simply delivering features.
  • Have experience driving product strategy, roadmap development, and cross-functional execution.
  • Are comfortable managing complexity and making decisions in ambiguous environments.

This will make you stand out

Success is measured through outcomes, not features delivered:

  • Adoption, reliability, and customer satisfaction of connectors, APIs, and transformation services.
  • Revenue impact generated through integration-enabled opportunities and customer expansion.
  • Operational efficiency and reduction of friction across customer workflows.
  • Growth and scalability of LanguageWire's integration ecosystem.
  • Contribution to the wider LanguageWire platform strategy and customer experience.

One principle matters throughout: make localization effortless within the systems customers already use every day.

Our perks
  • Enjoy flat hierarchies, responsibility and freedom, direct feedback, and room to stand up for your own ideas
  • Internal development opportunities, ongoing support from your People Partner, and an inclusive and fun company culture
  • International company with over 400 employees. Offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Stockholm, Varberg, London, Leuven, Lille, Paris, Munich, Hamburg, Atlanta, Helsinki, Turku and Valencia
  • We offer flexible work of three in-office days and two days working remote
  • We take care of our people and initiate many social get-togethers from Friday Bars to Summer or Christmas parties. We have fun!
  • 150 great colleagues in the Valencia office belonging to different business departments
  • Excellent location in cool and modern offices in the city center, with a great rooftop terrace and a view over the Town Hall Square
  • Private health insurance
  • Working in an international environment with more than 20 different nationalities
  • A dog friendly atmosphere
  • Big kitchen with access to organic fruits, nuts, biscuits and coffee
  • Social area and game room (foosball table, darts, and board games)
  • Bike and car parking
