The Role

Want to deliver tech with purpose, with people who care?

Join us in our mission to create solutions that help keep children safe online.

Who are we?

Headquartered in Perth, Australia, with offices around the world, Qoria is an ASX-listed global leader in child digital safety technology and services. We are a purpose-driven business operating under the Linewize brand in North America and Asia Pacific, the Smoothwall brand in the UK, the Qustodio brand in EMEA, and Qoria LK in Sri Lanka.

Our solutions are used by schools, school districts, and parental communities to protect children from harmful online content, identify students at risk based on their digital behaviours, and help teachers maintain focus and safe learning environments in the digital classroom. Today, 30,000 schools and 7 million parents rely on our solutions to help keep 25 million children safe across 180 countries worldwide.

What’s the opportunity?

As the Product Manager Insights, you will lead the vision and strategy for Qoria’s insights products. Your role is to transform complex data into meaningful, actionable intelligence that supports confident decision-making for educators, administrators, executives, and internal teams.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering intuitive dashboards, analytics features, and reporting frameworks that integrate seamlessly into Qoria’s products. Working closely with product, engineering, data, and design teams, you will ensure insights are embedded in ways that enhance user experience and drive measurable impact.

In addition, you will collaborate with the AI/ML product team to ensure data and insights inform practical applications of artificial intelligence and machine learning across Qoria’s ecosystem. You will own the full lifecycle of insights products from discovery through delivery, adoption, and iteration, translating data into clarity and value for a diverse set of stakeholders.

A critical part of the role will be defining and tracking success metrics, ensuring data quality, and championing a culture of evidence-based decision-making. You will also drive best practices in analytics, continuously seeking opportunities to improve how insights are designed, delivered, and used to create meaningful outcomes.

Here’s how you’ll do it:

Lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for Qoria’s Insights products, with a primary focus on EdTech Insights (ETI). You will ensure ETI delivers measurable value to school districts and educators, while also enabling broader insights capabilities across Qoria’s portfolio. The role is about turning data into meaningful, actionable insights that improve decision-making, enhance customer experiences, and support Qoria’s mission.

  • EdTech Insights (ETI) Success: Drive the adoption, impact, and ongoing success of Qoria’s flagship insights product, ensuring it becomes a trusted decision-making tool for customers.
  • Impactful Insights Products: Deliver dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that empower educators, administrators, and business stakeholders with actionable intelligence.
  • Integrated Insights Experience: Ensure insights are embedded seamlessly across Qoria’s ecosystem, providing consistent and intuitive user experiences.
  • Product Development Lifecycle Excellence: Own and manage the data insights product backlog, user requirements, and delivery priorities, ensuring consistent alignment with Qoria’s PDLC.
  • Cross-Functional Enablement: Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders across regions (including UK, US, Australia) to ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Strategic Contribution: Shape the long-term data insights roadmap, aligned with Qoria’s FY26 strategic themes and future growth pillars.

What will my day to day look like:

  • Define, prioritise, and manage insights product features and initiatives from concept through launch, adoption, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver intuitive, secure, and scalable insights experiences (dashboards, reports, analytics).
  • Partner with customer-facing teams to capture educator, administrator, and business needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Conduct market, customer, and internal research to validate opportunities and measure the impact of insights products.
  • Write clear user stories, success metrics, and evaluation frameworks for insights initiatives.
  • Facilitate product demos, roadmap reviews, and stakeholder updates to ensure alignment and visibility.
  • Monitor product performance and user adoption, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure release communications and training are clear, accessible, and effective for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Global responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Partner with teams across Qoria to leverage data platforms and capabilities.
  • Communication: Clearly articulate data insights strategies, priorities, and results to stakeholders across and outside the organisation.
  • External Engagement: Represent Qoria in the data and cloud community, engaging with industry experts and peers.

Experience

  • 5+ years in SaaS product management, with proven experience delivering insights, analytics, or reporting products.
  • Strong analytical and user experience skills, with familiarity in experimentation methodologies (e.g., A/B testing) and tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or PostHog.
  • Experience working in agile produce development lifecycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver and scale customer-facing insights solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Education Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, or a related field.

Technical skills

  • Familiarity with cloud-native analytics and insights tools (e.g., GCP BigQuery, Looker, Data Studio, Pub/Sub).
  • Understanding of data visualization, reporting frameworks, and how insights are operationalized in SaaS products.
  • Solid grasp of SaaS product management principles and practices.

Other skills

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Strong backlog management and documentation discipline.
  • Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across global teams.

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Be passionate about the role of insights in driving educational and business impact.
  • Be outcome-focused, delivering insights products that demonstrate clear value from concept through to scale.
  • Be curious and adaptable, thriving in a fast-evolving SaaS and EdTech environment.
  • Be highly collaborative, working seamlessly across engineering, product, and business teams.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
