An Insider's view of Stride Funding

How does your team reward individual success?

Stride is focused on success and rewards individual success that contributes to this goal. A company-wide shoutout during an all-hands meeting, the coolest swag in town, working with some of the smartest, funniest people in the industry, and direct communication with the CEO and the COO - all of these are ways we reward individuals.

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

Tremendously! I joined Stride as a young engineer and grew exponentially. Building a product from scratch taught me to think through many aspects. I've worn many hats, like product, customer support, and Stride merch model (yes, an actual title), to name a few! I recommend working at a start-up with driven people. You learn a lot and have fun too!

Harsh

Senior Software Engineer

What's something quirky about your company?

I love working at Stride because we fully celebrate each person’s uniqueness. My favorite quirk is acknowledging each other’s hard work through Stride Shoutouts. It truly brightens my day when someone recognizes and genuinely thank you for the time and effort you’ve put into your work. I’ve never worked at a company that does it quite like Stride.
