- Develop and build up SaaS solutions as MVP with the required market research.
Develop and improve the flagship product of Huawei Turkey R&D Center which is focusing on local employee engagement market. - Deeply analyze and understand the customer needs and desires based on our “customer-oriented” priciple.
- Prepare qualified and professional roadmaps and detailed specifications based on the analysis and the documentation regarding the user needs and determine the product priorities.
- Interact regularly and professionally with our customers on both business and technical level.
- Assess the market regularly in order to improve the nature and the scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements.
- Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
- Develops and maintains and expert understanding of Huawei Cloud products and other complementary technology along with Cloud products in the market.
- Support SaaS Team by actively taking part in recruitment and training cycle of the employees to improve capability.
- Manage the team’s job results by counseling and leading the team members.
- 5+ years of proven experience in product management field
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Experience with working with software engineers, sales managers, marketing professionals
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, with changing needs and limited resources
- Ability to work independently and take the initiative to drive the innovative solutions ahead
- Is a data savvy, market and analysis oriented
- Good written and spoken English
- Read 10+ product management books (Details about them will be asked during the interview)
- Experience with HR product development process would be a plus
