Responsibilities / Tasks
Take responsibility for the product portfolio in the field of hygiene chemicals and equipment
Analyze market and competitors to identify new trends and customer needs
Monitor technical and commercial competition
Collaborate with R&D, factories, sales, marketing, procurement, controlling and all stakeholders to ensure new product developments and successful product life cycle management
Provide commercial and technical market support for Hygiene chemicals and Equipment
Training and support of the sales team regarding new products and applications
Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Develop and implement initiatives for growing the of product strategies for market introduction and further development
Assist with SAP data creation and maintenance
Your Profile / Qualifications
Completed studies or comparable qualification in agriculture science, agricultural economics, chemistry, process engineering, industrial engineering, or in business administration with a strong appetence for technical topics
Several years of professional experience in product management is a plus
In-depth knowledge of hygiene, chemicals and equipment is an advantage
Experienced in working in an intercultural environment
Analytical thinking, structured working style, and high level of initiative
Strong communication skills and solution-oriented approach
SAP knowledge and full proficiency with the MS Office suite
Very good written and spoken in English and German language
