Product Manager (Remote - in certain states)

YOUR ROLE
As a Product Manager you'll drive development and delivery efforts across our Terminal platform. You'll collaborate closely with leadership, engineers, designers, customer success, and business development to build the future of commercial insurance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own product outcomes across key components of the Terminal platform from discovery through delivery.
• Work closely with product leadership, engineers, designers, customer success, and business development to deliver elegant and delightful user experiences that solve complex problems.
• Engage directly with our clients to understand their needs, communicating capabilities, and designing solutions that exceed expectations.
• Partner with Product Leads and Engineering Managers to shape and prioritize the product roadmap based on business value and technical feasibility
• Lead documentation of product requirements, use cases, workflows, and user stories.
• Support Product Leadership in distilling complex problems into actionable chunks.
• Continuously learn new trends and developments within functional area of expertise and the commercial insurance industry.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, curiosity, and autonomy are valued.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
YOUR LOCATION This is a fully remote role, with the exception of onboarding and optional in-office events. Candidates must reside in one of the states listed in the application questionnaire and/or below.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years relevant experience in a product management or owner role for technology enabled services, SaaS solutions or B2B software.
• Strong familiarity with commercial insurance - ideally from both a user and systems perspective.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-moving, agile environments.
• High degree of ownership and comfort with ambiguity.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, JIRA, Figma, Confluence and related product tools.
• Exposure to or interest in AI technologies - such as prompt design, agentic tools, or LLM-powered workflows - is a plus, but not required.
• Occasional travel to client sites required. Less than 10%.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time, (up to 8 hours per day) at a desk working on a computer.
• Must be able to use standard office equipment for extended periods of time, including but not limited to, a mouse, keyboard, phone and video conferencing.
