Product Manager | Gateway Experience

As a Product Manager for our core product offering - nexos.ai Gateway - you will shape how key AI infrastructure product features are surfaced from the 1st touchpoint to production usage. Such features enable organizations to manage and deploy AI effectively, incorporating nexos.ai into their workloads. This includes areas like LLM inference, model management, spend tracking, fallbacks & rate limiting, routing, and others. You’ll work closely with engineering and business teams to deliver intuitive AI-driven tools.

Main Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through launch, iteration, and long-term optimization.

• Gather customer, stakeholder, and business needs and translate them into clear product requirements, features, and actionable user stories.

• Drive the product roadmap in partnership with stakeholders across engineering, marketing, and other business functions.

• Review proposed solutions and engineering designs, challenge assumptions, and provide feedback on feasibility, risks, and implementation trade-offs.

• Coordinate releases, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum, especially for high-priority or enterprise customer needs.

• Stay on top of AI and market trends, including developments in LLMs, agentic systems, RAGs, and related technologies, and turn insights into product opportunities.

• Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, aligning teams around priorities, goals, and outcomes.

Core Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Technical Product Manager in a software product environment.

• Strong understanding of software engineering concepts, system design principles, and technical product development.

• Ability to understand complex technical topics and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience leading product initiatives from concept to delivery, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Delivery-oriented mindset with a pragmatic, get-things-done approach.

• Curiosity about AI technologies and market developments; experience building AI-driven products is a strong advantage.

Bonus Points

• Experience building AI-driven or technically complex products.

• Experience working on enterprise B2B SaaS products.

• Startup experience and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

• Familiarity with modern AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, and agentic systems.

Salary Range

• Gross salary is 4700 - 6700 eur/month
