The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development of a new fintech product for Restaurant365's customers. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, FP&A, and customer success, to define the product vision, roadmap, and feature requirements. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of the payments landscape, as well as experience building and launching revenue-generating fintech products with a focus on product-led growth.
How you'll add value:
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap
- Conduct market research and user interviews to identify customer needs and pain points
- Work with the engineering team to build and launch a new product
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define and prioritize product features
- Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing and positioning, to drive adoption of the new product
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to drive customer adoption and engagement
- Monitor product usage, revenue, and customer feedback to inform product improvements and new feature development
- Drive alignment with internal stakeholders and 3rd party partners
- Other duties as assigned.
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field
- 3+ years of product management experience, with a focus on fintech products
- Product-led growth experience preferred
- Experience with consumer-facing, card-based fintech products a plus
- Preferred knowledge of the payroll landscape and fintech regulatory requirements
- Experience building and launching products from ideation to launch
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with internal, cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer success as well as external banking and technology partners
- Ownership mentality to take responsibility of successful outcomes
- Occasional travel may be required

- This position has a salary range of $100K-$135K. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
