These products and services support the regulatory compliance, due diligence, and lending practices of clients across Canada. Our people are what drives our innovation, growth, and well-being.

We are looking to fill the position of Product Manager to help with our continued growth and contribute to our customers’ future growth.

In this product management position, you’ll lead the development of innovative, B2B technology-driven products and services that align with market trends, customer needs, and the regulatory environment. You’ll bring fresh industry insights and a critical eye to help us identify what’s missing, uncover market gaps, and challenge the status quo. Your curiosity, strategic thinking, and deep knowledge of financial services, fintech, and/or legal industries will help take our offerings to the next level.

Working cross-functionally and with internal partners and external customers, you’ll identify product enhancement opportunities, build business cases, and drive solution delivery. We’re looking for someone who takes full accountability and is energized to make meaningful change with the drive and motivation to bring ideas to life.

Reporting to the Director, Product & Solutions, your key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:

  • Leading the delivery of innovative, technology-based products and solutions that align with company strategy and business goals.
  • Identifying new business opportunities including strategic partnerships & product differentiation based on market needs, regulatory environment changes and product gaps.
  • Bringing industry expertise and analysis to uncover unmet needs and inform product and service strategies and building out business cases with ROI and business requirements to support delivery
  • Collaborating across teams to prioritize and execute multiple product initiatives aligned with the planned roadmap and market demand

Position Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Product Management, Business Process Improvement, or a related field — or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience with strong understanding of the lending lifecycle, including AML, KYC, due diligence and collateral management.
  • Proven experience managing product portfolios and delivering end-to-end product or solution implementations. Including defining requirements from concept through to market delivery and ongoing lifecycle management.
  • Strong background in product analysis, strategy, and technology solution deployment.
  • Deep understanding of financial services, fintech, and/or legal industries, with the ability to bring fresh insights and challenge current thinking.
  • Critical thinking to proactively identify gaps, challenge the status quo, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Leadership capabilities to manage cross-functionally as needed, as well as being a clear communicator – able to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences and align stakeholders.
