We currently manage four robust product lines supported by a dedicated and expanding engineering team. We seek an entrepreneurial, results-driven Product Manager to champion full lifecycle product strategy, execution, and market success.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from market research, roadmap formulation, and requirement definition through execution, launch, and continuous optimization.
- Drive the integration of remote patient monitoring and AI-driven workflows within our healthcare and financial SaaS platforms.
- Work seamlessly across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality products.
- Transform complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and detailed product specifications.
- Conduct robust customer research, A/B testing, and data-driven analyses to inform strategic product decisions.
- Prioritize feature development and product improvements by balancing business objectives, user feedback, and technical viability.
- Act as the customer advocate, ensuring high user satisfaction, product adoption, and market traction.
- Travel as necessary (up to 40%) to engage directly with clients, users, and implementation partners.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
- Expertise with Agile methodologies, including proficiency in JIRA, Figma, and structured A/B testing practices.
- Exceptional business acumen and the capability to effectively align customer needs with strategic company objectives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams in fast-paced, growth-oriented settings.
- A proactive mindset focused on execution, continuous improvement, and measurable results.
- Passionate about leveraging technology to address real-world business challenges.
