Our client is a financial technology company building software for business banking and finance operations. Its product team is expanding the tools available to larger enterprise customers.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Own the Enterprise Finance product area from initial strategy through delivery and adoption. This position combines product management with substantial design responsibility across accounting integrations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense management.
What you'll do
- Set the roadmap for accounting integrations and enterprise finance workflows.
- Work directly with customers and enterprise sales to prioritize problems and remove adoption barriers.
- Partner daily with engineers to deliver product iterations.
- Design intuitive experiences for complex financial tasks.
- Use customer research and industry feedback to guide strategy.
- Prototype ideas with AI development tools and translate feedback into clear engineering direction.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 5 to 9 years of product management experience.
- Hands-on accounting, AP/AR, ERP, or finance integration product experience.
- Experience building fintech, payments, or accounting software.
- Strong product design judgment and ability to evaluate usability.
- Ability to work directly with enterprise customers and lead delivery from zero to one.
- Comfort with AI prototyping tools, Figma, and a fast-paced startup environment with long working hours.
Bonus points
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles.
- Founder experience or ownership of an independent business.

Compensation and benefits
- Base salary: USD 160,000 to 225,000 per year.
