In this role, you will report to our Head of Technical Team, C&I Storage & PV Turnkey and be part of a team of talented product experts who provide expert in-house advice to colleagues and premium service to customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
- Conduct feasibility studies and develop business plans for new products, product improvements, customization and services and regular communication with HQ stakeholders based on standardized logic.
- Collect and analyze research input from the Market Intelligence & Strategy and Technical Departments, consolidating market insights to prepare and present strategic recommendations.
- Deliver targeted quarterly and annual revenue and margin contributions in alignment with the overall sales activities and strategies by pushing deals with new and existing products in close alignment with dedicated Sales Manager.
- Develop customer awareness, conduct visits, and generate opportunities, while monitoring revenue and margin contributions on an annual and quarterly basis.
- Deliver periodic product trainings for customers and sales team.
- Contribute to the definition of the EMEA product roadmap and lifecycle management in close alignment with the global strategy and customer requirements and demands while managing the product programs and campaigns.
- Develop and maintain product documents, certificates, and product related ERP.
- Component and supplier purchase management.
- Standardize processes and tools, develop policies, and have a strong influence on budget definition and management, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, Management Engineering, business engineering or comparable preferred
- Experience in PV/Renewable Energy business is a plus
- Technically sound on PV systems
- Strong organization, planning and management skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English, skills in other languages will be an advantage
- Willingness to travel
