Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to bring products to life.
- Clearly document and communicate product objectives, value propositions, and challenges.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Drive product development cycles and ensure alignment with the company vision.
- Maintain a strong customer focus, ensuring products deliver value and engagement.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven experience working with digital products (SaaS, e-commerce, content platforms).
- Strong understanding of product strategy, vision, and execution.
- Experience in the pet industry (or strong interest in it).
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to write, document, and articulate product challenges, goals, and value.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, marketing, data).
