As a Product Manager in the DEX (Delivery Experience) Engine domain at Allegro you will focus on optimizing our logistics processes to ensure that parcels are delivered both quickly and cost-efficiently. You will work with a dynamic team of product engineers that is committed to enhancing the delivery experience for our customers.
Your role will involve strategic planning, problem-solving, and the implementation of innovative solutions to improve delivery performance. Specifically, you will oversee technical products such as automated delivery time prediction, order tracking platforms, delivery methods selection on checkout page and balancing the load of parcel volume of Allegro’s own operations. You will also face challenges such as integrating new technologies with existing systems, improving delivery accuracy in urban and rural areas, and reducing delivery times without escalating costs.
Close collaboration with engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders will be essential to bring forward-thinking logistics strategies into practice.
We are looking for people with:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, particularly in logistics, ecommerce delivery speed estimation or supply chain optimization
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision-making
- Excellent communication abilities to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of implementing successful data driven technology solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in ecommerce, ecommerce logistics and delivery optimization
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in an agile working environment
- Strong leadership qualities to drive team motivation and project success
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:
- You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand and reconcile the needs of users and translate them into new functionalities
- You will manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with multiple teams of engineers working in different architecture/on different systems to ensure work is aligned with strategic goals
- You will develop product roadmaps and timelines, and manage the delivery of features and enhancements
- You will facilitate communication across different teams and stakeholders to align objectives and ensure everyone is on the same page
