The Opportunity:
We're looking for a motivated Product Manager to help shape and grow our DeFi & Earn product suite. From staking and yield farming to new ways users can earn on-chain, you’ll play a key role in defining and delivering products that drive real impact. You'll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and compliance to ship secure, user-first features that push the space forward.

This is a great opportunity to deepen your experience in DeFi while contributing to meaningful, high-impact product work.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for DeFi/Earn products such as staking, yield farming, and liquidity mining.

• Support the definition and execution of product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of secure and compliant products.

• Participate in market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback collection to inform product decisions.

• Contribute to product discovery, grooming, sprint planning, PRD creation, and retrospectives

• Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics, identifying areas for improvement

• Stay informed about DeFi trends, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align expectations and provide updates.
  

Qualifications:

• 3 years of product management experience, preferably in blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech, or related industries.

• Good understanding of decentralized finance concepts and ecosystem.

• Experience supporting end-to-end product development and delivery.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Analytical mindset with ability to use data to support product decisions.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Passionate about blockchain technology and decentralised finance.
