The Role

ABOUT BESTOW

Bestow is a leading insurance technology platform serving some of the world's largest and most innovative life insurers. We are on a mission to increase financial stability for everyone. Bestow is a team of mission-driven, results-oriented individuals. We offer all employees a remote (contiguous 48 only)/hybrid workplace, meaningful benefits, substantial growth opportunities, and equity.

Bestow participates in the E-Verify Program.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The product management team is focused on expanding the capabilities of our platform, which will enable our quickly growing enterprise offering to meet a large market opportunity. We serve the needs of our enterprise partners by helping them make their life insurance products more accessible to their customers. We work closely with cross-functional teams both within Bestow and externally at Enterprise customers to understand the industry's needs and how our platform needs to evolve.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about tackling complex problems that help scale data integrations between our Enterprise SaaS platform and our Enterprise customers. We need someone who can understand the technical details of our data pipelines while also working directly with Enterprise customers to help them integrate. You’ll work closely with the data engineering team and other cross-functional teams to break down complex problems that our platform faces. You’ll dive deep into the process of data moving through Bestow’s platform to ensure that our Enterprise customers can quickly integrate with our platform and get access to the data they need to drive their business. This role will require you to own and drive decisions related to data integration processes, ensuring they are made by balancing both Enterprise customer needs and Bestow’s capabilities. You’ll work to develop a vision for how Bestow’s data capabilities scale to meet the needs of our growing Enterprise business.

This role reports to our Director of Product Management and is open to Remote (US) #LI-REMOTE

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years in a product management role
  • Experience working in an Enterprise SaaS platform
  • Experience working on data-related capabilities and processes
  • Experience leading cross-functional customer-facing meetings
  • Excellent communication skills through verbal, written, and visual mediums
  • Ability to clearly communicate priorities and promote alignment across teams
  • Ability to lead cross-functionally through influence rather than authority
  • Ability to make data-informed decision making
  • A track record of delivering high-quality projects on time
  • Deep technical experience with data pipelines and integrations
  • Experience leading integrations across companies
  • Ability to convincingly communicate how platform features deliver business value
  • Understanding of how data flows through an Enterprise platform
  • Understanding of how to manage dependencies with upstream teams that feed into data products
