Job Description

About You

Are you passionate about harnessing artificial intelligence and data to tackle real-world challenges on a scale? Do you excel at transforming complex user needs into impactful, innovative products that empower clients to manage risks effectively? Are you patient and persistent in navigating technical challenges, facilitating cross-team collaboration, and continually learning about cutting-edge data and AI technologies?

If you are driven by curiosity, dedicated to responsible tech development, and eager to make a measurable impact through advanced AI solutions, this is the ideal role for you!

Your Responsibilities

As our new (Senior) Product Manager, you’ll lead the evolution of our AI-powered systems, shaping innovative workflows that empower clients to manage risks effectively, and at scale:

  • Product vision & strategy: Understand client needs for RepRisk risk incident data. Own and refine the product strategy and roadmap for our AI-powered risk incident dataset our clients rely on. Drive continuous enhancements in incident detection accuracy, latency reduction, classification effectiveness, severity assessment, and duplication management. Balance external client requirements, analyst efficiency, compliance, and strategic business priorities.
  • AI & data-pipeline leadership: Collaborate closely with ML and data engineers to enhance our AI-driven incident identification, classification, and evaluation pipelines. Oversee and optimize robust data processing workflows for real-time scalability and operational reliability. Define and maintain rigorous evaluation metrics and guardrails (accuracy, bias mitigation, hallucination prevention, and drift detection).
  • Human-in-the-loop workflow: Design and manage internal analyst feedback loops, as well as incorporate direct client feedback, to continuously improve data quality, enhance accuracy, and increase the effectiveness of AI outputs. Organize prompt-engineering sessions and workshops, driving iterative improvements in AI system performance.
  • Cross-functional execution: Lead agile, cross-functional teams through all phases of product delivery. Facilitate agile ceremonies, unblock team impediments, and ensure regular delivery of incremental product value.
  • Client & stakeholder management: Facilitate effective communication of development priorities, updates, and client needs across the organization. Convert client and internal stakeholder needs into clear product requirements and detailed user stories. Develop client-focused documentation, changelogs, FAQs, and internal knowledge repositories. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure product alignment with current and emerging AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act).
  • Metrics & continuous improvement: Own and monitor key performance indicators (accuracy, recall, latency, analyst efficiency, client satisfaction). Drive continuous product improvement through experimentation, rigorous A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

You Offer

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years managing AI, ML, or data-intensive products.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in product management, engineering, statistics or a related field.
  • Proven experience delivering products leveraging large language models (LLMs), generative AI, or advanced machine learning techniques (classification, retrieval augmentation, evaluation frameworks).
  • Technical proficiency in Python, SQL, data pipelines, and strong ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams.
  • Experience or familiarity with prompt engineering is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience designing and managing human-in-the-loop processes and analyst-driven model feedback loops.
  • Solid understanding of responsible AI practices and familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong team-player mindset, able to collaborate effectively across diverse groups.
  • Interest or prior experience in risk management, compliance, or data-driven solutions.
