This position is based in Spain and has an extraordinary opportunity to report directly to the Head of Product Management.

Managing a global product portfolio for CUI, High Heat and Insulation coatings (product strategy, development roadmap, positioning, promotion, lifecycle management, demand planning)
- Running cross-functional product development projects through stage-gate process.
- Engaging our customers and supporting our commercial teams through deep technical expertise in the area of CUI, insulation, and relevant test methods.
- Driving value propositions and ensuring fit for purpose and competitive product offerings to meet market needs and industry trends.
- Working in close collaboration with sustainability team to ensure sustainability is embedded into our solutions.

By analyzing product performance and listening closely to customer feedback, you'll help refine features and develop solutions that truly resonate. Teamwork is key, you’ll partner with teams across production, R&D, and beyond to bring these ideas to life.
On the commercial side, you’ll forecast sales, handle budgets, and supervise performance to fine-tune strategies and boost results. It’s a chance to create a real impact and help steer our products toward even greater success.
We expect you to have
- Robust industry experience in oil & gas, chemicals, or coatings, ideally with global exposure, is a key asset
- Degree in engineering, polymer science, or chemistry preferred
- Experience with CUI, RBI, and insulation is essential for this role. Familiarity with relevant test methods would be a strong advantage.
- Proven experience leading projects involving product optimization, product launches and/or product development. Global-scale project exposure will be a strong asset.
- Proficiency in English, problem-solving abilities, and passion for sustainability.
You will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and a sharp commercial focus, with the ability to identify and drive new business opportunities, while excelling at managing cross-functional teamwork.
