The Everyday Business Banking (EBB) team supports the full spectrum of customers’ needs from the smallest businesses to the largest corporates. We have accountability for Deposit and Transaction Product and Portfolio Management, Merchant Solutions, Business Customer Onboarding and Customer lifecycle Management.

Join the Deposits and Transaction Crew, within Everyday Business Banking where you will manage the product lifecycle through a deep understanding of the high-profile customer outcomes and needs and connecting them to our Everyday Business Banking objectives.

Do Work That Matters

You are passionate about product management and customer with existing product management experience. You will be responsible to drive outcomes across the product lifecycle including launching new features and initiatives, monitoring and driving product performance, meeting key regulatory, operational risk and product governance requirements, optimising customer experience, and driving change across the business.

We are looking for people who have

  • 5+ years in product management, banking, professional services consulting / accounting or performance analysis.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in product strategy, planning and execution.

  • Confidence with navigating ambiguity and ability to work flexibly through change.

  • Experience working in an agile environment and enjoy collaborating with others.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.

  • Ability to lead multiple initiatives and manage tight timeframes.

  • Applicable and relevant University qualification.

  • Prior product development experience preferred
