As a Junior PM, you will be at the core of our growth engine, working on high-impact web funnels and PWA (Progressive Web App) development. Your role will involve optimizing conversion flows, improving user activation, and scaling monetization strategies—all with the help of AI-driven tools and automation.

🎯 Your Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Funnel & PWA Optimization🔹 Manage and optimize web funnels & conversion flows to maximize sign-ups, engagement, and monetization.
🔹 Continuously improve our PWA experience, ensuring seamless onboarding and retention.
🔹 Leverage A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics to identify and fix bottlenecks in the user journey.
🔹 Use AI-driven tools to automate workflows, improve decision-making, and streamline product development.
🔹 Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and market trends to inform growth strategies.
🔹 Stay ahead of AI & automation trends, proactively implementing the latest tech into your daily workflow.
🔹 Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and marketers to launch and iterate on features.
🔹 Formulate clear hypotheses and rapidly test product ideas to drive key growth metrics.
🔹 Work independently, making data-driven decisions and taking full ownership of your projects.
🔹 Monitor conversion rates, activation metrics, and user behavior to optimize every stage of the funnel.

🛠️ What We’re Looking For🔹 1+ years of experience in product management, growth marketing, or a related field.
🔹 Experience working with web funnels, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
🔹 Basic knowledge of PWA (Progressive Web Apps) and how they impact user engagement.
🔹 Proficiency in AI tools for workflow automation, data analysis, and product insights.
🔹 Strong analytical mindset—you make decisions based on data, not intuition.
🔹 Proactive & results-driven—you take ownership and execute with urgency.
🔹 Ability to work cross-functionally with developers, marketers, and designers to drive impact.
➕ Experience using AI automation tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, No-code AI solutions, etc.).
➕ Understanding of Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other CRO tools.
➕ Previous experience in a fast-growing startup or product-led company.
